New election to the Board of Directors

Horgen, April 11, 2011 – The Board of Directors will propose to the Annual General Meeting on May 12, 2011 that Dr. Jacques Sanche, born 1965, CEO of Belimo Holding AG, be elected to the Board of Directors as a new member.
